How do I enable Remote Control for B200 Smart Door Lock?

Connect the smart lock to the TT Lock APP, and then connects it to the gateway to realize remote control of the smart lock.

How do I check to see if the door is the right size for my smart lock?

Ensure that the door thickness is 1-3/8″ to 2″; the door hole diameter is 2-1/8″; the backset size is 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ with the deadbolt.

Why does my door unlock automatically？

B200 has Auto-Lock feature,If the door opening direciton is not correct,the feature will be Auto-Unlock,pls choose your correct door opening direction in App
